PROPERTY MANAGER
Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its outstanding property management team. The Property Manager will manage tenant relations from lease-up through lease renewal, resolve tenant issues, distribute work orders to maintenance team, handle move-ins and move-outs, develop specifications for market-readies and light repairs, work with Special Projects Manager and Director of Real Estate Operations to identify capitol improvements for assigned buildings, handle collections, prepare A/P for approval by Director, and work closely with fellow property managers, leasing team and accounting to ensure the smooth operations of assigned buildings. The successful candidate will have previous multi-family, market-rate property management experience. They will possess proven management skills, be able to meet established deadlines, enforce policy, be well-organized, energetic, possess a strong work ethic and committed to OPRC’s core values of quality, diversity, affordability, and efficiency. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and YARDI Voyager. Illinois Real Estate Professional Licensing must be completed within 120 days of hire. Previous experience with Housing Choice Voucher Program a plus.

HCVP CASE MANAGER

The successful candidate will have one or more years work experience in field(s) related to the provision of subsidized housing. They will also possess practical experience in a general office setting, including basic knowledge of data entry, filing, public contact. EIV experience as it relates to tenant income and reporting preferred. Certifications in HUD Section 8 Affordable Housing Programs required within 120 days of hire. SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER, HOUSING PROGRAMS

The Senior Property Manager will also coordinate all HUD compliance, reporting, and electronic submissions for the three locations. The successful candidate will have previous multi-family and public housing property management experience and the coordination of social services.
