PROPERTY MANAGER – SENIOR AND DISABLED HOUSING 

Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our outstanding management team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in property management and social services working with senior and disabled households. They will be well-organized, energetic, able to work both independently and collaboratively, possess a strong work ethic and committed to OPRC’s core values of quality, diversity, affordability, and efficiency.  EIV experience as it relates to tenant income and reporting preferred. Certifications in HUD Section 8 Affordable Housing Programs required within 120 days of hire. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and YARDI Voyager.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER – SENIOR PUBLIC HOUSING

Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our outstanding team in the management of Mills Park Tower,  a 19-story, independent living building for seniors. The right candidate will have previous experience in public housing compliance, recertification, and property management. They will be well-organized, energetic, able to work both independently and collaboratively, possess a strong work ethic and committed to OPRC’s core values of quality, diversity, affordability, and efficiency.  They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and YARDI Voyager.

ACCOUNTANTING ASSISTANT (Part time) – Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking an experienced part-time Accounting Assistant to join its accounting team.   We are looking for someone to assist our accountants for 25 hours per week – flexible hours. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping with previous experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.  This individual must also have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience in non-profit environment, property management accounting software considered a plus.
