ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER (2) MULTI-FAMILY & PUBLIC HOUSING
Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking two experienced Assistant Property Managers to join our management team – one to work with our multi-family senior mobility impaired building management team, and one to work with our public housing senior building management team. The successful candidates will have previous experience in property management, HUD compliance, and social services related to working with senior and disabled households. They will be well-organized, energetic, able to work both independently and collaboratively, possess a strong work ethic and committed to OPRC’s core values of quality, diversity, affordability, and efficiency. EIV experience as it relates to tenant income and reporting preferred. Certifications in HUD Section 8 Affordable Housing Programs required within 120 days of hire. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and YARDI Voyager.

CLEANER/PROPERTY ASSISTANT
Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking an experienced Cleaner/Property Assistant to join our building management team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in cleaning commercial and/or multi-family properties including use of industrial equipment such as trash compactor, floor and carpet cleaners and knowledge of OSHA and experience in light maintenance and basic landscaping. They will be well-organized, energetic, able to work both independently and collaboratively, possess a strong work ethic and committed to OPRC’s core values of quality, diversity, affordability, and efficiency.
